Я создал ArrayList для объектов типа ProductInfo, однако NetBeans сообщает мне, что в строке 256 он не может найти symbol: method ProductInfo(int, int, String, String).

Определите конструктор, который вы используете в строке 256:

использовать new оператора:

Inventory.add(new ProductInfo(Name, Description, Identification, Number));

Я добавил новый код, и теперь он говорит, что не может найти переменную name в: "this.name = name;"
Конечно, вы не должны пропускать код, который вы уже использовали в классе ProductInfo . Я обновил ответ.
