Фрагменты не меняются при открытии клавиатуры

У меня есть EditText, который слушает события щелчка на действии и запускает фрагмент с использованием fragmentTransaction.add(); и действие, и фрагмент имеют ConstraintLayout в качестве корневой ViewGroup. Расположение фрагмента выглядит следующим образом (некоторые элементы для краткости опущены):
