Удалить переменную среды PHANTOMJS_BIN
Найдите путь к phantomjs через оболочку cmd, а затем запустите:

where phantomjs
```
Скопируйте местоположение в PATH среды PATH, запустив path, затем добавив его в список

Поскольку вы можете переопределить путь phantomjs_bin с помощью env, это означает, что если бы вы это сделали, он попытался запустить скрипт phantomjs через phantomjs.exe, а не node.exe. Это было исправлено, но привело к большему количеству кодировок, и я предпочел вернуться к более простому решению.
