Сервер CodeIgniter + RESTfull выдает 400 ответов при запросе пользователя

Вот как я использовал службу RESTful - используя сервер останова Phil Sturgeon.

Используется POST вместо GET для получения сведений о пользователе

routes.php

Чтобы получить запись всех пользователей, отправьте значение NULL.
