Предложение WHERE не работает для SQLite

В настоящее время я делаю приложение Android с базой данных SQLite, и я хочу создать метод, который будет извлекать все задачи, связанные с одним владельцем, но приложение не может их получить, но вместо этого возвращает мне исключение. Как я могу это решить?

Значение должно быть в кавычках.

Обновите свой запрос до
