Не могу получать уведомления от FCM, пока приложение находится в состоянии переднего плана

Я новичок в Android и программировании, и я создаю приложение, которое получает сообщения от FCM, и оно нормально работает в то время как приложение в фоновом режиме, поэтому я добавил класс FirebaseMessagingService, который получает уведомления в методе onMessageReceived и следовал за Google Docs, но все еще уведомление не работает, пока приложение находится в состоянии переднего плана, я выполнил каждый шаг и не могу понять, в чем проблема в моем коде, поскольку журналы не помогают мне, и я не получаю никакой ошибки, ожидайте, что это Я не знаю, является ли его источником проблема: ошибка при разборе метки времени в событии GCM java.lang.NumberFormatException: s == null
