jQuery Progress Bar PHP Upload не отвечает правильно

Я использую код выполнения, взятый из (http://theonlytutorials.com/jquery-ajax-file-upload-with-percentage-progress-bar/) (Tweaked для удовлетворения моих потребностей), и он не отвечает правильно. Он загружает и включает данные в базу данных, как должен, но ответ не отправляется (или не принимается) в конце jQuery.

Когда я добавляю файл, который он загружает и добавляет в базу данных, но мое сообщение о выполнении пока еще неопределенно говорит "Выполняется загрузка..." и файл, который добавляется. Функция VIA addCustomerFile jQuery имеет каждое поле, возвращенное из AJAX как неопределенное. Только "fileName" (установленное в jQuery) возвращает значение.

Я искал что-нибудь, и ничего не кажется неправильным. Я не знаю javascript. Достаточно, чтобы догадаться и проверить, но этого недостаточно для этого случая (если проблема в javascript). Любая помощь будет оценена по достоинству. заранее спасибо

Неважно, что происходит. Если файл существует, он не будет загружаться, но все равно скажет: "Выполняется загрузка..."... если какая-либо ошибка (например, неправильный формат или размер файла), она все еще говорит "Выполняется загрузка..." навсегда.

Консоль не показывает никаких ошибок или предупреждений или информации о моем javascript (или вообще что-либо)
