Предыдущий и следующий с массивом

Я создаю скрипт с циклом foreach, который дает все элементы, кто-нибудь знает, как сделать, чтобы отображать один элемент на странице, и когда кто-то нажимает на следующую стрелку для отображения следующего твита или когда вы нажимаете "prev", чтобы показать предыдущий твит?

Я не тестировал php-часть и обычно не использую php, но думаю, что это должно сработать. Конечно, вы можете использовать fadeOut и fadeIn вместо скрыть и показать или сделать некоторые продвинутые эффекты замирания.
