Плавное навигационное меню, прокручивающее всю страницу вверх

Код работает хорошо, но когда я нахожу его, он прокручивает всю страницу до вершины.

Я понятия не имею, что с ним происходит

Все, что я заметил, это то, что когда я нахожу его, высота становится 213px, поэтому я думаю, что это может привести к прокрутке страницы.

Это просто добавляет высоту страницы, а не просто показывает, что уже было.
