Это похоже на ошибку в sklearn_pandas.cross_val_score.

sklearn_pandas обертывает sklearn_pandas вы поставляете в объекте DataWrapper, как показано в исходном коде:

который, по-видимому, сделан для обработки более старых версий sklearn.cross_validation.cross_val_score которые sklearn.cross_validation.cross_val_score не обрабатывали pandas DataFrames. DataWrapper возвращает экземпляр list когда он разделен на поезд и тест.

Но тогда это не обрабатывается правильно во время transform() DataframeMapper как указано в исходном коде здесь

Но так как новый sklearn cross_val_score корректно обрабатывает DataFrame, вам не нужно использовать другой импорт.

Измените его:

Но, еще дальше по коду, вы получите еще одну ошибку:

 AttributeError: 'numpy.ndarray' object has no attribute 'to_dict'

Это связано с тем, что вы DataFrameMapper оба объекта DataFrameMapper в FeatureUnion, делая это:
