im очень запутался в том, как делать математику на последней части, проверка работает нормально, но я просто не могу сделать математику, и хотя я начал "средний", поскольку ничего не распечатывается в моей командной строке

getGrayFile() никогда не меняет столбец или строку, поэтому цикл while никогда не заканчивается.
