D3 tween не работает внутри углового

Я завернул это в директиву. По какой-то причине метод tween не запускается.

    Вы пытались назвать твин по-другому? Также попробуйте назвать ваш переход d3.transition («somename»).

Я сделал небольшую скрипку из вышеупомянутого http://bl.ocks.org/mbostock/7607535.

Я включил компонент d3 svg через директиву, и анимация работает отлично.

Корнем проблемы была дата. Как только я удалил его, переходы D3 работают нормально.
