Отзывчивый FileManager с ошибкой загрузки tinyMCE

Я использую TinyMCE 4 в качестве редактора WYSIWYG, и я установил "Отзывчивый файловый менеджер" в среде ASP.NET. Мне нравится учебник, но у меня проблема при использовании простого загружаемого файла (около 1,5 МБ), ничего не загружаемого на сервер (всякий раз, когда я загружаю файл меньшего размера: тестируйте с файлом PDF 1.2Mb и 0.8Mb.

Пожалуйста, помогите мне, я застрял на этом в течение 2 дней :( Ниже мой файл config.php (Максимальная загрузка файла: 100 Мб)
